The Studies and Planning Department aims to formulate and monitor the implementation of university plans, organize statistics, and update databases for all university divisions. This is achieved by adopting modern planning methods and a methodology based on rigorous scientific standards, contributing to enhancing institutional performance efficiency, developing administrative and academic work within the university, and achieving advanced levels of sustainable development.

Contributing to the formulation of short, medium, and long-term strategic plans in alignment with the university's goals and future directions.

Defining general and specific objectives for university divisions and monitoring their implementation based on approved performance indicators.

Proposing and establishing academic and administrative divisions in response to developments in higher education and labor market needs.

Developing and updating an integrated university database that encompasses all personnel and institutional records.

Preparing monthly and annual progress reports and submitting them to relevant authorities within specified deadlines.

Working on supporting and developing institutional performance across all university divisions and at various administrative levels through scientific planning, statistical analysis, and the construction of accurate and reliable databases that contribute to supporting decision-making and achieving the university's strategic goals.

Al-Sibtain University is organizing a course titled "Data Management and Statistical Reporting Using SPSS."

The Department of Studies and Planning, in collaboration with the University’s Continuing Education Department, organized a training course "Data Management and Statistical Reporting for Administrators Using SPSS." This initiative reflects the University's commitment to developing administrative skills and enhancing institutional efficiency in the areas of data management and statistical analysis. The three-day course was attended by administrative staff from various university departments as well as participants from outside the university, thereby fostering the exchange of expertise and broadening the scope of cooperation with relevant entities.titled:Engineer Israa Zaman Sahib presented the theoretical side of the course, in collaboration with the Head of the Studies and Planning Department, Ms. Sara Ibrahim Abdul-Rasoul, who handled the practical side, focusing on hands-on applications of SPSS for data management and analysis.The course aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to manage data efficiently and generate accurate, clear, and interpretable statistical reports to support planning and administrative decision-making.The course wrapped up with an evaluation test to measure how well the participants acquired the skills and knowledge covered over the days of the training

Al-Sibtayn University organizes a specialized training course on health data analysis using SPSS.

The Studies and Planning Department at Al-Sibtayn University organized a specialized training course titled "Data Analysis Using SPSS in Health Research."Presented by Engineer Israa Zaman, the course aligns with the university's efforts to boost scientific research and develop statistical skills among health researchers.The training covered both theoretical and practical areas in biostatistics, including data entry and coding in SPSS, types of variables used in medical studies, experimental design, and hypothesis testing. It also covered correlation and regression analysis, Odds Ratios, and ROC curves used in evaluating health research.The course drew participants from both inside and outside Al-Sibtayn University, helping exchange scientific expertise and expand academic cooperation with other educational and health institutions.The five-day course aimed to build participants' skills in statistical data analysis using SPSS, focusing on health applications and scientific research methods based on approved standards
